Our morning began with a warm welcome and a delicious complimentary breakfast, to set the stage for a day filled with insightful discussions and demonstrations. The focus was on addressing the pressing issues faced by finance teams in the education sector and showcasing how cloud accounting can revolutionise financial operations for schools, trusts, and colleges.

ION’s team of education specialists demonstrated the powerful capabilities of Sage Intacct for Education, highlighting how it is uniquely tailored to meet the specific requirements of education providers. ION’s partners, including Webexpenses, also provided demos showcasing how their solutions can be seamlessly integrated with Sage Intacct.  

Live Case Studies

One of the highlights of the event was the live case studies featuring two of our esteemed clients who discussed their personal experience with ION and Sage Intacct in a Q&A session focused on their financial transformation project.

Jan Marson, Chief Finance Officer of Penk Valley Trust, praised the unparalleled support offered by ION: “We’ve got Zendesk and ION academy and various amounts of support... You have your hand held all the way through and they’re still there when you’ve gone live. To have the same people and continuous support all the way through is great.”

Emma Bryan, Finance Director of Queen Alexandra College, highlighted the overall smooth and seamless transition to the new system that ION’s team facilitated: “At every board meeting since we've implemented this system, all I've heard is how wonderful and smooth [it has been]; it was just remarkable how we implemented this system.”
