We’re delighted to announce another successful donation as part of our Hardware Recycling Programme, which saw 10 of our pre-loved laptops be donated to local education providers.
At ION, we recognize the transformative power of education, and the crucial role technology plays in modern learning environments. That’s why we are thrilled to announce the donation of 10 of our pre-loved laptops to Bishop Bewick Catholic Education Trust.
This initiative is part of our ongoing Hardware Recycling Programme devoted to donating equipment we no longer need to educational institutions. By providing pre-loved laptops, we aim to enhance the learning experience of students while giving back to the local community.
The programme is also a key component in our broader sustainability initiatives to reduce electronic waste. By repurposing and donating equipment, we hope to minimize our carbon footprint and prevent good quality equipment ending up in landfills.
With our recent donation of 10 laptops to Bishop Bewick Catholic Education Trust, our equipment will find new life in the hands of students and educators at St Thomas More Catholic School, enabling them to access the digital resources necessary for a modern education.
