Haste provide nationwide emergency response services to its customers and have been doing so for over 25 years.Their services include appliance repair, 24/7 emergency response for domestic, commercial and industrial premises, incident and welfare management and claim handling.
Haste had a number of legacy systems that had been purchased, adopted and integrated over time including Salesforce, Sage 50 and had a large amount of duplication and manual effort between those systems.
The main objective for Haste was to move to a best-in-class cloud accounting solution that will provide them with transparency and visibility across their accounts to drive customer satisfaction and scale.
There were a number of key challenges that Haste were looking to resolve, including the ability to produce a real-time and accurate P&L and be able to performa deep dive analysis of that P&L. They also wanted to reduce the manual workload of the team in generating their accounts data and reduce the amount of time to close month and year ends.
Haste, through the implementation of FinancialForce, was able to make significant savings in the time required from members of their Finance team to perform consolidation of their accounts and inter-company processing. This impact was profound due to the limited size of Haste’s accounts team.
Haste are now more streamlined in their accounting processes and, integrated with Salesforce, they are now armed with the real-time performance of their business to allow them to make the right decisions at the right time.
