Objectives

The main objective for Alpha FMC was to have a system that could provide them with consolidated reporting for multi-currency revaluations for groups of companies.

This main objective was supplemented by other critical success factors for the project in having an ability to provide foreign revaluations functionality based on monthly AV rate with distinction between realised and unrealised FX and also having the ability to perform dimension-based reporting to break down financial reports by different business segments.

Alpha FMC also wanted to achieve seamless integration with their other key systems in BWorks (OCR) and Kimble (PSA).

Alpha FMC + Sage Intacct

Alpha FMC now has a system in place which enables them to manage their global operations and effectively scale the business. With a wide range of automation features, the team no longer have to manually consolidate entities or currencies, with Sage Intacct doing this for them.

A complete streamlining of processes,Alpha FMC are now operating more efficiently. By integrating their Accounts Payable and Receivable, information flows through the system without the need for manual imports and exports, saving time and improving data integrity.

Sage Intacct has removed the need forExcel spreadsheets and manual inputs, with the system doing more of the heavy lifting to enable the finance teams to focus on strategic objectives.
